The "Mighty Ark" being "harassed" by protesters because they suspected she had nukes aboard. This was never confirmed AFAIK but they were a routine component of the ship's capabilities. Nukes are not strictly allowed in Halifax harbour but blind eyes frequently had to be turned when Nato ships visited.
